CLB Partners, Ltd., has opened the residential sales studio for 1Mission, a mixed-use residential/retail enclave in San Diego's Mission Hills that brings together the meticulous restoration of a turn-of-the century commercial block and a new five-story residential mid-rise with 61 residences.
